Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed and leave our warehouse during the holiday season and times of high volume. We currently offer the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:

Domestic Orders

  • Free UPS Ground (1–6 business days) for all US orders
  • Free DHL Express Worldwide (1–5 business days) for orders to Puerto Rico

Delivery estimates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.

We cannot currently ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes.

International Orders

  • Free DHL Express Worldwide (2–7 business days) for orders $200 USD and up
  • $35 DHL Express Worldwide (1–6 business days) for orders under $200 USD to Mexico & Canada
  • $43 DHL Express Worldwide (2–7 business days) for orders under $200 USD to all other international countries

Terez is not responsible for customs processing times, as they may vary and may not be reflected in the estimated delivery window suggested by the carrier (DHL).

We think you will be in love with your new Terez threads. In the event this is not so, and you would like to request a return, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL and follow our on-screen instructions.

Return requests may be submitted up to 30 days post-purchase. After your request has been approved, you will be notified with a return authorization number and instructions via email.

Other v v important returns info:

  • Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of purchase
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed with original tags & packaging)
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact
  • Unless otherwise noted, all postage costs are paid for by the customer
  • Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees


  • Merchandise marked ‘Sale’ is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • We do not accept exchanges at this time

Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days after being received in our warehouse. However, during times of high volume, we may require a few extra days to process your return.
