Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be processed and leave our warehouse during the holiday season and times of high volume. We currently offer the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:

Domestic Orders

  • Free UPS Ground (7–10 business days) for all US orders
  • Free DHL Express Worldwide (7–10 business days) for orders to Puerto Rico

Delivery estimates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.

We cannot currently ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes.

International Orders

  • Free DHL Express Worldwide (7–10 business days) for orders $150 USD and up
  • $15 DHL Express Worldwide (7–10 business days) for orders under $150 USD to Mexico & Canada
  • $19 DHL Express Worldwide (7–10 business days) for orders under $150 USD to all other international countries

Duties, customs, brokerage fees, and/or taxes are billed directly to the customer and are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges on our website. Terez is not responsible for customs processing times, as they may vary and may not be reflected in the estimated delivery window suggested by the carrier (DHL).

Returns for purchases made from November 15, 2016, through December 23, 2016, can be submitted until January 15, 2017. To view our standard return policy, please click here.

If you would like to like to submit a return request, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL and follow our on-screen instructions. Please allow 7-10 business after submission, for your return request to be reviewed and approved. After your request has been approved, you will be notified with a return authorization number and instructions via email.

Other v v important returns info:

      • Refunds will only be issued within 20 days of purchase
      • Store credit will be issued after 20 days from purchase
      • Returned merchandise must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed with original tags & packaging)
      • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact
      • Unless otherwise noted, all postage costs are paid for by the customer


          • Merchandise marked ‘Sale’ is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
          • Holiday items must be returned within 30 days from purchase and are not included in our holiday returns policy.
          • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable
          • We do not accept exchanges at this time

Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days after being received in our warehouse. However, due to the high volume of the holiday season, we may require a few extra days to process your return.
