Meet Ashley Bronczek
Ashley is co-founder of Secretly Gifting, a gift concierge company based in Washington, DC. She is a mom to 3 incredibly active kids, Birdie (8), Brody (6) and Barrett (4) and an equally active husband, Matt. In her free time, you can find her with her nose in a book, riding a peloton or belting out showtunes.

Life is so crazy balancing a career, kids, marriage, charitable work and ALL OF THE THINGS that I find joy when I can take a pause and enjoy just being in the moment. Joy is a Friday night spent in my pjs on the couch snuggled up with all 3 of my kids, my husband and 2 dogs watching a movie with a Dominos thin crust pizza on my lap. It's slowing down to enjoy the simple things in life.
What are some of the small things you celebrate?
The health of my family, a good book, a deep connection with a friend, a Broadway show, when my favorite song comes on the radio, a spontaneous "I love you" from one of my kids, the privilege to travel, finding the perfect gift for someone...the list goes on and on.
Tell us about a really special time in your life, and why you treasure it.
My wedding in Cabo was one of the most special times in my life because all of our favorite people were in one of my favorite places celebrating such a happy time and we can't wait to go back and celebrate 10 years next year!
We all have trying moments. What is something positive you did or chose to focus on to keep you moving forward?
Perspective is always key to me for moving forward when I'm going through a trying time. I always try to pause and reflect on my blessings and put whatever it is I'm going through in perspective. And having a great therapist helps too!
Tell us about someone who's been a positive influence
in your life.
My grandmother, Ann Hand. She is the epitome of beauty, grace, love and grit all wrapped up into one incredible human being. She started her own business at the age of 50 after raising 5 children and is still running her business today. I was lucky enough to work for her for 7 years which is what inspired me to become an entrepreneur.
