What shipping options do you offer for domestic orders?
- $8 Standard (5–7 business days*), FREE on orders $150+
- $15 Expedited (3–5 business days*), FREE on orders $300+
- $40 UPS 2 Day (2–3 business days*) for AK, HI and PR

How soon will my order ship?
Please allow up to 5-7 days for your order to process before shipping.
What carrier will deliver my order?
We want to make sure nothing stands between you and your new Terez styles. Since our Standard shipping option is typically delivered by the USPS, only shoppers with a United States Postal Service mailbox are eligible for this shipping option. At this time, we are not able to ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. Please note that it may take up to three business days after receipt of shipping notification for the information to populate on your tracking number. If you have still not seen any updates after three business days, please contact care@terez.com
What international shipping options are available?

How long do international orders take to arrive?
International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. For an estimate, please refer to your Terez tracking page. Note that these dates are estimates and may vary based on customs processing times.
Who is responsible for duties and taxes?
All Terez.com orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, customs, brokerage fees, and/or taxes are collected directly at checkout so your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note duties and taxes assessed by customers vary by country and product. Made-to-order product may have additional international shipping charges.
How can I track my international package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Terez tracking page.
What if I need to return merchandise from my international order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.
What if I refuse delivery?
Any refusal or unauthorized return of an international shipment will result in a $20 re-processing fee. Refused packages are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as duties and taxes.
Do any items not ship internationally?
Yes, unfortunately we are not able to ship Joy Shop or Made-to-Order items internationally at this time.
