What are some of the small things you celebrate?

Well first off, I think you are what you celebrate. It's important to have a mindset around celebrating everything, really everything! So as a family, it's about celebrating every week. We do a Friday night celebration where we light candles, sing songs, and we eat together. That is one of the easiest small things to celebrate, but I also think it's about the 'firsts'. Every time our kids do something for the first time. We should celebrate that whether that's a small celebration, or sometimes with my wife, a bigger one and a lot of balloons. We just make sure to celebrate those things.

Tell us about a really special time in your life, and why you treasure it.

One of the most special moments of my life is when I was lucky enough to get married to my wife, Zara, and our wedding day. It's just the best day of a life. You have this amazing party, but I think what more importantly is so memorable was the fact that all the people that we love were in one room. There are just very few opportunities in life to get all the people that you care about, and who love you and who you love, together to have fun and hangout and just have an amazing night. That is definitely one of the most special times in my life!

Last but not least: what's your favorite cake flavor?

My most favorite cake flavor that my wife, Zara from Terez, makes is strawberry shortcake!
